Prescriptions are only authorized during our Specialists' hours Monday through Friday. 

Please allow 24 hours for refill requests to be processed.

Prescriptions are not viewed or authorized during Emergency Service hours. 

If you run out of your pet's prescription during emergency hours and cannot wait until the Specialist's  hours begin call the Pacific Veterinary Emergency Service at 831-476-0667 and inform the receptionist you have an emergency prescription need.  Please be aware there is an additional fee for prescriptions filled during emergency hours.
